Use

N, N-diisopropyl alcohol to toluidine chemical stability, no odor, no irritation, low toxicity, convenient storage and transportation. It has high activity and good solubility with monomers. It is suitable for curing acrylic vinegar or other olefin monomers at room temperature. It is a promising new polymerization promoter. Because of the addition of organic peroxide in methyl methacrylate MMA monomer, At the same time add tertiary amines, immediately REDOX reaction, a few minutes later that curing. Oxidation - reduction initiation systems have low activation energy and can generate activation centers at room temperature. It is a short chain dialcohol, as polyurethane elastomer, reaction injection molding and other polyurethane products chain extender, not only good compatibility with other raw materials, and the prepared polyurethane products have excellent mechanical properties. It is an enhanced chain extender. Used for unsaturated resin polymerization, can enhance the degree of cross-chain, with network structure, so that the polymerization of fastness and toughness greatly enhanced, shear resistance and resistance to enhance the ability. Is the production of marble gum and other unsaturated resin accelerator, can replace N,N- dimethylaniline.

application

2. Using the principle

The promotion effect is better with pushing electron group benzene ring aromatic amines, such as N, N-dimethyl aniline (DMA),N, N-dimethyl p-toluidine (DMT),N, N-beta-n, N-dihydroxyethyl p-toluidine (DHET) and other tertiary amines. Accelerators can rapidly decompose oxidants such as benzoyl peroxide (BPO), shorten their half-life TL /2 and increase the polymerization rate. The accelerator is solid at room temperature, completely free of the unpleasant odor characteristic of amines, and hardly changes color, so it is suitable for the polymerization of general polymers.
